boring boring boring................nothing happen to spice up my life,everyday only work n home.

have a feeling that i will not be able to last very long in this job, cos wat we learn in class does not apply to calls in real life. when will i get used to the call n know wat to do with the calls har???????

Ha haaa...... Finish all the 6 tests already, did not pass very well be lucky never fail. aNd i took the 1st call after lunch, lucky the caller did not book the resv. if not i cfm very lost n also the caller is very nice for not asking a lot of question. thank god. i think monday will be worst cos we will all take calls together n only got 2 trainer. better pray 1st so that i will be as lucky as today.
